Admissions: $12/person 10 and under are free. All tickets will be electronic (there will be QR codes at the door).

Tournament Tie Breaking Procedures and General Information:
1. Teams will not switch sides between games
2. Warm up balls will not be provided
3. When you are scheduled to officiate, each team must provide an R2, 2-line judges, a scorekeeper and a player to man the flip score.
4. If at the end of pool play there are 2 teams tied with the same match record, the tie breaker will be the head-to-head match result.
5. If at the end of pool play there are 3 or more teams ties with the same match record, the tie breaker will 1st got to set %. If there are teams still tied after set percentage, the tie breaker will go to point %.
6. There is a full concession stand at the facility. There will be no outside food or drink allowed in the facility. Player water bottles are the exception.
7. Spectators are allowed to bring chairs to the facility.
8. Warm-ups will be a standard 2-4-4 format.
9. Online Check In: There will be no in person check in on Sunday morning. All teams must check in online via AES by 10pm Friday night. When you log into your club’s AES account there will be a blue instruction box in the upper right-hand corner of the screen click on it and follow the directions. It will take about 45 seconds to complete
10. Shirts will be provided to the championship and runners-up teams in each age group.
