We have not only been producing outstanding athletes since we opened, but we also produce outstanding people. They all have great stories about their time at Team Indiana, so read a few of those stories here!
“Having Anna join Team Indiana back when she was 13 was the best decision we could have made as parents. Her time with the TI coaching staff has helped shape her into the person, leader, and player she is today. The recruiting support that we as a family received from the club was outstanding and led Anna to where she is today; preparing to play at Boston College. There are many choices for parents and players in the Indianapolis area and Anna most definitely made the correct choice. If you want a challenging, driven but most importantly supportive organization, Team Indiana is for you!”
“We chose TI because of the commitment to the overall well-being of our daughter. TI is more than a volleyball club it’s truly an extended family. The coaches have pushed our daughter to not only be the best athlete physically and mentally but to also be the best teammate and supporter of others as well. The TI Family is about commitment to excellence and achieving at the highest level and we would not want our daughter in any other environment!”
“Our daughter, Katie, has had a great experience at TI the last two years. The coaching has been excellent and she has become a better player because of what she has learned and applied. Just as important to our family, is that we have developed great friendships with her teammates and their families. You spend a lot of time together, so those relationships become very important.”
“One of the best attributes at Team Indiana is the great coaching environment! Not only are the coaches knowledgeable, but they are great teachers! The continuity amongst the staff, makes the transition from different age groups seamless! My daughter has had such a positive experience here, that it has not only made her a better volleyball player, but a more coachable athlete and a more positive role model!”
“Last year was my daughter’s first year with Team Indiana. She wanted to improve her skills to make varsity team her next season at school. A volleyball mother, not with TI, told me about Team Indiana and how impressive their coaching was. We went to the open house and was very impressed with the organization. The location of TI is very convenient off the highway and practice times did not interfere with school programs. Once teams were appointed, I was very impressed to see that my daughter’s coach was a coach from a local college. Never in my wildest dreams did we think we would get that level of coaching. She met individually with each of the girls to listen to what they wanted to work on and what their goals were. Her team was a mix of girls from all over the city who didn’t know each other well at the beginning. The coached instilled hard work and made the practices fun. By the end of the season, these girls had skills we never thought they would have and were playing like a varsity team. My daughter did make the varsity team this year at her high school and we owe it all to TI coaching and a her wonderful group of girls on her team. The friends my daughter made this season are still ongoing and hopefully will have the opportunity to play with them again.”
“My daughter Anna had her first try-outs at Team Indiana in 2010 when she made the 13-1’s team. There hasn’t been a day since that I have ever regretted our decision to commit to TI. The coaching and training that my daughter has received each year has been phenomenal with each of the different coaches she has played for. They understand the importance of team dynamics and development of good work ethics in their athletes. Is it easy at TI? No, the training is very disciplined and very physical, and exactly what we were looking for. The coaching staff at TI continue to impress me with their desire and enjoyment of playing the game and teaching it well. Since joining TI, my daughter has developed into a very strong athlete with a great knowledge of the game of volleyball. Anna wants to play at the collegiate level, and with the help of the recruiting services at TI, she is on her way to achieving her goals. We have another daughter Meg, who joined the Team Indiana family last club season and had the same great experience. Both girls cannot wait for this season to begin to get back with their teammates and play volleyball at a higher level!”
