This two day camp is open to incoming 4th-8th graders.
Serving & Receive Camp
Serve – Athletes will learn the foundations of serving: toss, arm mechanics, point of contact, and location/placement.
Receive – Athletes will learn the foundations of service reception: using angles (platform), reading a serve, adjusting to target, and footwork.
Both Skills will be worked on during this camp.
