Allison Horn is back for her 7th season with TI! She has been playing and coaching volleyball since age 11. She played at Bloomington South where she was a team captain, broke the school record for kills and blocks both her junior and senior year, and won several team awards. She went on to play at the University of St. Francis, in which she led the team to their first ever national ranking (#20) and first ever undefeated Conference Championship. While at USF she was a 2-time team captain, 2-time Academic All-American, 3-time All-Conference Team member, 2- time All-Region Team member, and an All-American honorable mention. She also became the all-time career leader in kills. She led her team in both total points and kills while at USF and was named team MVP twice. In 2012, she was inducted into the USF Athletic Hall of Fame.

After graduating, she went on to coach both high school and club, as well as teach private lessons in Bloomington and at TI. She coached at Bloomington South for 8 years as both a Varsity Assistant and the head JV coach. She was also a coach with Pantera Volleyball Club in Bloomington from 2005-2013 and has worked with a variety of ages and levels. After moving to Indianapolis, she coached at Brebeuf for 4 years with Brian Murray as the head JV coach and a Varsity Assistant, which also included a trip to the state finals.

Outside of volleyball, Allison is also a teacher. She graduated from USF with high honors in 2004 with a degree in Elementary Education and Mild Intervention. In 2012, she graduated from Indiana University with a Masters degree in Educational Leadership. She now works at St. Luke and teaches 6th grade Math and ELA.
