TI JOES YOUTH TRAINING

Basic Training: 10-14u

Our all-skills boys training program is designed to develop young athletes through fun, engaging, and age-appropriate training. Boys ages 10–14 will learn the fundamentals of passing, setting, serving, attacking, blocking, and defensive movement. Each training block (session) focuses on skill development, game awareness, and teamwork in a supportive environment. Whether new to the sport or looking to level up, players will build confidence, athleticism, and a strong foundation for future competition.

Intermediate Level: 10-14u

Our intermediate boys training program is built for players with foundational skills who are ready to take their game to the next level (1-2 years of experience). Athletes will sharpen techniques in all key areas—passing, setting, serving, attacking, blocking, and defense—while learning more advanced strategies and game concepts.

Through focused drills, competitive play, and position-specific training, players will grow in confidence, consistency, and game IQ. This program bridges the gap between basic skills and competitive team play, preparing athletes for higher levels of competition.
