It is our pleasure at Team Indiana Volleyball to announce a partnership with Visit Indy Leisure Housing Bureau. Visit Indy will be your “preferred source” for special group hotel rates for for Team Indiana President’s Day.
The staff at Visit Indy will coordinate and manage all aspects of the booking process. This process includes providing a web link and access code to each team manager to pass along to their team.
This is how individual reservations will be made from the team room block.
Each Team Indiana Volleyball Event will include a “Housing Request Form” that will be required in order to benefit from the Visit Indy Housing Bureau “Special Group Rates” for the tournament.
While it is not mandatory to use the Visit Indy Housing Bureau, our partnership with Visit Indy Housing will ensure your team the lowest possible group hotel rate.
We are looking forward to a great 2018 Volleyball season and urge all participating teams to embrace our new partnership with Visit Indy.
Team Indiana President’s Day
- All team room blocks must be set up with the Visit Indy Housing Bureau no later than January 26, 2018.
- All team block rooms that are not picked up by February 6, 2018, will be released back into inventory to sell.
