Preventative Youth Heart Screenings
Play Heart Smart provides non-invasive, life-saving screenings aimed at preventing Sudden Cardiac Arrest in teens.
PHS screening takes approximately 15 minutes to complete an EKG and ECHO.
It is recommended that both boys and girls wear loose fitting clothes. Girls must wear a sports bra.
Please complete the required health history form as well as the consent.
Pre-Registration has closed. Walk-ins will now be accepted.
