Ashley is from Terre Haute and began playing volleyball at Crossroads of America Volleyball club when she was 10 years old, and continued playing club until she graduated. She was a four year varsity letter winner at Terre Haute South Vigo High School where she was captain for two years. After high school, she went on to be a four year starting setter and two year captain at Franklin College. At Franklin, Ashley was awarded HCAC All Freshmen team, HCAC All-Tournament Team, HCAC Offensive Player of the Week, and received HCAC Honorable Mention honors two times. After graduating from Franklin, Ashley coached at COA for 4 years. She coached COA’s 14-3s, 14-2s, and then assisted the 13-1s for two years.
She is now working toward her doctorate in Clinical Psychology at Indiana State University. She recently moved to Indianapolis for work and to be closer to her clinical training placement.
