General Tournament Information:
Schedule and Results will be Posted on AES. Please check the schedule frequently the rest of the week. We are having numerous changes as we deal with school softball and track being rescheduled due to the storms and rain over the past 7-10 days. Our goal is to give all teams that registered an opportunity to play this weekend, and keep them in their original waves.
Match Protocols
* Team will stay on the same side of the net for the entire match
* We will not be using the libero tracking sheet this weekend
* Warm-up will be 2-4-4
Admission and Tickets
*The ticket office will be located at the Main Entrance labeled Arena and Expo Center Entrance (this is different than the entrance used for MLK).*

Coliseum(Cts 1-16) Ticket Office Opens at 6:30 am
Parking at the Coliseum:
Single entry – $8 / day
Single entry RV/bus- $16 /day
Seating:
There will be ample seating provided at the coliseum. There will be no outside chairs allowed.
Team Check-in:
There will be NO onsite check-in this year.
Check-in will be done online on AES and is active now through Friday at 5pm. All teams must be checked in online before they take the court on Saturday.
General Info:
Players and coaches will be allowed in each site for free
Teams are responsible for their own balls for warm-ups
Numerous food options will be available at the coliseum including Acai Bowls and Healthies Coffee, Tea and Shakes. No outside food or drinks will be allowed in. The coliseum staff will not allow any food or drink inside the playing venue. Player water bottles are fine.
