DESCRIPTION:Preventative Youth Heart Screenings \nPlay Heart Smart provides non-invasive\, life-saving screenings aimed at preventing Sudden Cardiac Arrest in teens. \nPHS screening takes approximately 15 minutes to complete an EKG and ECHO. \nIt is recommended that both boys and girls wear loose fitting clothes. Girls must wear a sports bra.\n\nPlease complete the required health history form as well as the consent. \n\n\nPre-Registration has closed. Walk-ins will now be accepted.

Teams must provide an R2\, 2 line judges\, a scorekeeper and a person for the flip score.\n2. Teams need to bring their own balls for warm ups\n3. First 2 rounds of each wave will be 2-4-4 after that its 4-4\n4. Officials should start warm-ups before they bring the completed score sheet into the office. Score Sheets must have the court #\, scheduled match time\, complete team names\, and score filled out before it is turned in to the office. Score sheets must be turned after each match. \n5.
