DESCRIPTION:April 18-19\, 2026\nOnline registration via AES on Sept. 1 \n\nSchedule and Results\nThe tournament schedule is live on AES\, and all results will be posted on the link provided below:\nHome – AES Event Results \nAll matches will be played at the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum.\nAM Wave \n\n11s | 12s | 13OP | 16s | 17-18s\n\nPM Wave\n13CC | 14OE | 14CC | 14P | 15s\n  \nColiseum Rules:\nNo outside for or drinks. They will ask you to throw your coffee\, energy drinks\, etc. away before you enter the playing are so plan accordingly. Player water bottles are the exception. \nThere is no ball handling off of the sport Court at the coliseum \nParking:\nThere is ample parking at the War Memorial Coliseum \nCost-$8 per car \nTickets:\nWe are using the main ticket office. It is called Arena & Expo Center \nThis is for everyone to enter. Spectators and coaches and athletes. \nSingle Day Pass-  $18 \nWeekend Pass-$34 \n10 and under are free \nThere will be no advanced ticket sales. All sales will be done at the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum ticket offices. \nTicket office will open at 630am on Saturday and 7am on Sunday. \nTournament Info:\nWarm up balls will not be provided. Each team needs to provide their own \nWarm up will be 2-4-4 \nthere is no ball handling off the sport court \nWE WILL NOT BE PLAYING OFF TIES. If ties occur\, we will go by the following: \n1. 2-way tie will be determined by head-to-head results \n2. 3-way ties will be determined in the following manner- \na. game % \nb. If teams are tied after game %\, then it will go to point % \n3. The 11u division can step in when serving \n4. There will be no step in for the 12u division \n5\, Teams will need to provide an r2\, line judges and players for the corers table. We will not be using a libero tracker for the event. If you are in a 5-team pool\, be prepared to officiate 2 courts at the same time\, \n6. If you lose on Sunday\, you will more than likely officiate the following match on your court. Please check AES before you leave. \nOnline Check In: \nCheck In will be 100% online through AES. Please use you club log in and follow the prompts on AES. Online Check in opens later today at 5pm and runs through 10pm on Friday.
