Locations:

Honey Creek Middle School: Cafeteria will be available to rest, relax. Can bring in outside food/drink–no concessions. (hoping to have 1-2 food trucks there.) limited parking with 4 pools going–expect the parking lot to be full. NO bleachers will be out–spectators will need to bring chairs.

Terre Haute South High School: Cafeteria will be available to rest, relax. Can bring in outside food/drink–no concessions. There will be 2-3 food trucks there. 3 courts -main gym (no bleachers); 2 courts –aux gym (bleachers available)–spectators can bring in chairs.

Woodrow Wilson Middle School : Cafeteria will NOT be available ; can bring in outside food/drink; no concessions; NO food trucks there. Restaurants close by. 2 courts–main gym (no bleachers); 1 court–aux gym (bleachers available–rubber floor in here); –spectators can bring in chairs.

General Information:

1. Teams are responsible for providing their own balls for warmups.
2. Teams are responsible for providing an R2, 2 line judges, and 2 players for the score table.
3. We will not be using libero tracking this weekend.
4. Teams will stay on the same side of the net for the entire match. We will not be switching sides.
5. Warmups will be 2-4-4
6. Tournament results will be updated on AES.
7. There will be no playing off ties. The tie-breaker format will be as follows:
A. 2 Way Ties- determined by the head-to-head result.
B. 3 Way Ties- determined by…1) game % 2) point
Medals will be awarded to the 1st and 2nd place teams in the gold bracket of each age group.
